1. General Provisions

jyay9 (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and jyay9.

By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully agreed to all these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms, together with the jyay9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form a complete agreement. All policies mentioned are considered part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

• You must be legally capable of opening an account in your own name.
• You must ensure that online gaming activities are not legally prohibited in your area.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended on jyay9.

We reserve the right to verify age at any time. Failure to provide proof of age may result in temporary or permanent account closure and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.1 Protection of Minors

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and associated funds may be forfeited. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

3.2 Account Information

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Report any unauthorized access to your account to our customer service immediately.

3.3 Verification

We reserve the right to verify your identity and payment method. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may delay or suspend the withdrawal process.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting us. All pending bets and withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the jyay9 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳100.

• Deposits generally take a few minutes to be processed.
• There are no additional charges for deposits.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held pending investigation.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates will apply to transactions made in foreign currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. After claiming this bonus, the wagering requirement is 25x — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless specifically approved.
• Bonuses must be used within a set period after being credited to the account.
• We reserve the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspicious or abusive activity.

5.2 VIP Program

The jyay9 VIP program has four tiers. Tiers advance through regular play and each tier offers weekly cashback:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts and service details may vary according to the terms of each VIP tier. jyay9 reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets cannot be changed or cancelled once they are finalised. The platform's decision on determining results will be considered final.

• Each game has its own rules which should be read before starting the game.
• We will take appropriate action for games interrupted due to technical issues.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting software errors or bugs will be cancelled.
• We use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.

6.2 Sports Betting

Specific event-based rules will apply for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of the related bet will be determined according to the applicable rules.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is disrupted due to disconnection or technical issues, it will be settled according to the applicable rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Any form of fraud, deception or manipulation.
• Bonus abuse or collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other users to determine outcomes.
• Using funds from illegal sources (money laundering) on the platform.
• Stealing or using another user's account information without authorisation.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Contacting staff using abusive or threatening language.

We reserve the right to monitor suspicious activity and also reserve the right to take necessary legal action.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our customer service. The process will be completed within a reasonable time after the request is received.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.3 Mandatory Closure

jyay9 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jyay9 platform — such as logos, designs, text, graphics, software, trademarks and other materials — is the intellectual property of jyay9. Reproducing, distributing or using these for any purpose without permission is strictly prohibited.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming) is owned by their respective rights holders. Their separate licenses and terms apply to the use of this content.

10. Limitation of Liability

jyay9 bears no liability for the following:

• Games interrupted due to the user's internet disconnection or server issues.
• Transactions delayed or failed due to the failure of a third-party payment provider.
• Account information stolen due to the user's own negligence.
• Services suspended in order to comply with laws, regulations or government directives.
• Unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) — such as natural disasters, war, or epidemics — that are beyond our control.

For any claim, our maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being raised.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. The invalid part will be replaced with the closest valid alternative.

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between you and jyay9, and supersede any prior oral or written agreements.
